By accessing or using PleaseStart, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes via email or prominent notice on the platform.

You must be at least 18 years old to use PleaseStart. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

• One account per person or legal entity
• Accurate, current, and complete registration information required
• Immediate notification of unauthorized account use
• Dealer accounts require valid dealer license verification

PleaseStart charges listing fees to sellers. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

• Listing fees start at $19 per vehicle
• Payment processed securely through Stripe
• No transaction fees, no escrow fees, no commissions
• Fee changes communicated 30 days in advance

PleaseStart is a listing marketplace that connects buyers and sellers. We are not a party to any transaction between users.

• We do not inspect, certify, or guarantee vehicles
• We do not provide escrow or transaction completion services
• Buyers and sellers are responsible for their own transactions
• We provide tools and information to facilitate informed decisions

All listings must meet our quality standards. We reserve the right to reject or remove listings that do not comply.

• No salvage or branded title vehicles
• No watermarked or stock photos
• Accurate vehicle descriptions required
• TruthPoint disclosure stickers required for damage
• Fraudulent listings result in immediate account termination

Buyers are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before purchasing any vehicle.

• Verify vehicle condition independently before purchase
• Obtain an independent inspection when possible
• Confirm title status and vehicle history
• Communicate respectfully with sellers

All PleaseStart content, branding, and technology are protected by intellectual property laws.

• PleaseStart, Prism AI, and TruthPoint are trademarks of Prune IO, LLC
• User-generated content remains the property of the user
• By posting content, you grant PleaseStart a license to use it for platform purposes
• Do not copy, reproduce, or distribute PleaseStart content without permission

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PleaseStart and its officers, employees, and agents from claims arising from your use of the platform or violation of these terms.

PleaseStart's total liability is limited to the amount of fees you paid in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

Small claims court actions are exempt from the arbitration requirement.

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. PleaseStart may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

• Unpaid fees remain due upon termination
• Active listings will be removed upon account closure
• Certain provisions survive termination (liability, IP, arbitration)
